Our founder, Rinnosuke Masumoto, was raised with the Japanese principles of omotenashi—a philosophy of wholehearted hospitality, precision, and a deep respect for one's environment. He knew there was a better way to serve clients, a way that treated their space with the honor it deserved.

That is why The Crew was born.

Together with co—founder Sergio Castro, Rinn created a company built not on checklists, but on a mission.

Our mission is to bring the art of omotenashi to every space we touch.
